Everyone has them. They come and go. Sometimes they stay for a while and haunt us and sometimes they are flashes that go away quickly. Some we remember forever and some we forget the moment we thought of them.

We can have many throughout the day. Some ‘’work’’ in the background and others are resonating in the ‘’front’’.

Some are sinister, malevolent and make us feel uncomfortable, and some are surprisingly pleasant, exalting and make us feel good. Some are just random and meaningless.

Some of them are crazy, irrational or fantasy, other are logical, rational and down to earth. Some make no sense at all, and some are simply boring. Some are #dreams and some are #ideas.

There are some #thoughts that we are aware of and there are some that we are not aware of.

In some, we #speak, in others we are the #listener.

There can be a single thought repeated or a ‘’#train_of_thoughts’’. Some are just lyrics of a song and others are phrases we’ve heard somewhere before.

Some are shallow and some are deep.

Some are memories, and some are plans for the future.

Even though we have many, we only let few out. The strangest thing about them is that it is very likely that someone else had your thoughts before.

Be aware of your thoughts, for they shape you!
