Do not judge people by their Covers

Someone is not OK just because they say: "I am OK". Someone is not always tired, because they work too hard, maybe they have illness. Someone can't do much work, because maybe they have personal problems. Someone is not always sad because something bad has happened to them, maybe they are depressed. Someone is not "getting you down" because they enjoy it, maybe they have a broken heart. Someone is not skinny because they are anorexic, maybe they have high metabolism. Someone is not overweight because they eat too much, maybe their hormones are imbalanced. Someone may look pretty, but not necessarily feels pretty. When someone frustrates you online, maybe it is not because they like it, maybe they are frustrated with their disability. Someone may seem rude and unpleasant, but maybe they hate their job.

Everyone is #pretending, hiding something, trying to look #normal standing behind their #Covers, fighting inner #battles. That is why it is always hard to be yourself.
