Human energy

Energy is the #universe. Universe is the #energy. Energy that gained mass is material. We are no different. The only difference between unconscious material and humans is that humans can direct their energy and transfer it willingly and conscientiously, unlike exploding star for example.

Humans transfer (send and receive) their energy to other humans in several ways: words (spoken and written), tone of voice, expressions, gestures, music, singing, a hug, a look, a touch, prayers, thoughts...

#Feelings are the main reason and generators of this energy. When you are angry at someone you direct your energy towards them by thinking of them and hating them. Afterward you feel empty and you blame them. Every time you see them, you want to yell at them, blame them for whatever they did to you, hurt them back, maybe push or even fight with them. That is your way of forcefully trying to recover the lost energy from them, but it won't work. That is why #forgiveness is the cure. Holding grudges and hating only continues to drain your energy. Imagine the hate as a hole. The more you tear it, the more it leaks. Anger tears it up. You need to patch it up with forgivness.

Sometimes when I think about the people that hurt me in the past, I realize that those were selfish people. At the time I didn't see it, I thought it is just the way they are. They took from me as much as they could, without any consideration, while I was doing my best to help them. They rarely or never helped me back and when I stopped helping them as I did before they forgot I exist. Now the question is: Am I weak? Are they strong? Am I fool? Are they smart?

I can't say I blame them. I suppose evolution did its job. Survival of the fittest. The strongest lion has the most kills, takes forcefully, doesn't respond for his actions. His only worry is a younger and stronger lion. It is animal kingdom. But, we are not animals. That behavior is unacceptable in a civilized world. Those people try to hide who they are, so they can use and take from those unaware of them. They take from people that willingly give to anyone in need. Whatever was taken - it was given willingly . For whatever reason: we loved, we cared, we wanted to help, we couldn't ignore them...

I am not saying we should't help anyone ever again, I am just saying that, maybe we should think twice before helping someone. Helping selfish or lazy person is negating help to person in need. How can we know who deserves it and who doesn't? Only the giver can tell. It is his help, his decision. Your energy is precious. Use it wisely.
